-Leading Worship
-Taking some very interesting teaching classes (why we teach in America from a social studies perspective, developing some teaching philosophy and thoughts)
-A lot of reading (school)
-Not a lot of scriptural or 'self-help' reading
-Early mornings and late evenings
I'm sure that there are more things going on in my life, that I can't really put a thumb on but those are just some off the top of my head
I would like to state for the record that the kitchen at my house is disgusting. I think that is a portion of how and why I get stressed. For instance the way I live at my house seems to have serious implications on my attitude about certain things (not all). Specifically the mood in which I go to school or the manner in which I stay on top of my school work. Basically, I'm telling myself that I need to clean up the house. I need to do that just because I need to. (I'm a really weird person)
The more and more I continue to think about my field of study (education) the more and more I come to the conclusion that my role as a teacher is going to be hard. Things I thinking about: "My goal is to present my students with a variety of options to choose from (as far as primary sources) and I firmly believe in Galatians 1:11" I believe that my faith is being reassured that He will draw His people near to Him.
